I just want to start off by telling you that working with the management company is a real pleasure. And the manager, Stephanie, has been the best manager that Brandy Chase has ever had. I just thought you need to know that.
I just wanted to let you know that I have had several interactions with Dawn Bates in regards to our two properties at Marston Villas. She has always been quite helpful and responded in a very timely manner. She is very knowledgeable and professional but also very caring. In addition, the person answering the front desk phone is also very kind and efficient. I have had interactions with other companies that are hard to get a hold of and don't respond. It can be very frustrating. I appreciate how well your company takes care of our association.

I would like to express how wonderful Mariana Garza is at her job. She has stepped in to help manage our courtyard, Garden Courts III, in Stapleton while Adam is out on medical leave. My husband and I have been so impressed with her communication with us and her call to action to get our concerns addressed in a timely fashion. We have had multiple outstanding requests in the que since early this summer with no response or action which left us very disappointed in Advanced HOA management.
Please pass on our thanks to Karen for taking the time to attend the Annual Members meeting yesterday. It was beneficial to have a knowledgeable person there to address some issues. She has a lot of experience and we appreciated her advice.
Getting your company as our Management team was a god send. You know of the hurdles that I had to jump thru to get you here.
I love the format and level of detail contained in the financials. Another affirmation that Advance was the right choice for the Lodges HOA.

As a resident of the Village at Cotton Creek for over 20 years I wanted you to know how pleased I am with the work that Marla and the Board of Directors have put in to get things done here. I am not the only resident to comment about how "things are getting done". It has been long overdue to finally have a management company and someone namely Marla with the finesse and know how to get tasks accomplished.........! Kudos to your company and to Marla.
Just wanted to let you know that my unit closed today. The sale is final. It has been great working with you (SERIOUSLY). You really made life as a board member A LOT less stressful than it used to be and I am forever grateful to you for that. The homeowners have not yet elected a replacement Board member, but our suspicion is that it will be the person who purchased my unit. In the meantime, you can contact John and Jake if anything comes up that needs to be handled.

As I was meeting with the realtor, I needed some quick information, but didn't have anything with me at the meeting other than being able to look back through some old emails on my phone. I found Dawn Bates, sent her a message and was so happy that she responded quickly to me! I have dealt with so many HOA companies over the years and rarely find someone gets back to me within a few days and she was right on it. I just want to say thank you to her and let you know that I now have my condo under contract and due to close next week if all goes as planned. 4 offers in the first 24 hours was awesome! Once again…thank you so much for getting my roof repaired so fast. It was really in bad shape! All your effects and concern for Clocktower owners is deeply appreciated. You are the best HOA Manager Clocktower has ever had! I’m so grateful your work for our community. I’m hoping this is the last I see of mold once it’s cleaned. As a board, I think we should warn other neighbors with roof issues about possible mold problems.

The tools available to us are very helpful, I absolutely enjoyed Judy’s presentation a couple of weeks ago, but most importantly, Paden Brown is a delight to work with! His professionalism and expertise has made for a smooth transition and a more efficient Board (which we are very thankful for!).
Denise, your boss Judy was exceptional. Everyone on the Board and it’s committees should get this kind of training. It was good to see the good representation from Skyestone. Please pass on to her that I can see why she is the CEO and the good news is that her talent has obviously been passed on to you and Angela. I sure hope that her company and the two of you are around for a long time after TM leaves us but I realize that will be determined by higher authority. Thanks again for setting this up.

We attempted to have our annual HOA meeting last night, but were unsuccessful in meeting quorum. We did then have an open board meeting. What I can tell you is that I am very impressed with Marcia. She took lead on the meeting and was concise in her answers to our questions, was knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. We all feel very optimistic about our future working relationship with Marcia and look forward to working with her more.
Judy - I hope you know if we’re quiet, it’s because we’re happy. Our board receives an update email from Corinne every Friday. She’s on top of her to do list and this update gives me a great deal of comfort to know we have someone watching out for our HOA and keeping track of the details. Thank you for assigning her to work with us!
