Running Effective HOA Meetings

Please join us as we gain more knowledge and insight from Tim Moeller and David Graf as they conduct an informative presentation on running effective and productive HOA meetings. They will cover a variety of topics, to include State laws as they pertain to HOA meetings, Roberts Rules of Order, the President’s role in facilitating meetings, proper agenda and notices, meeting strategy, handling disruptive attendees, and much, much more.
Tim Moeller has practiced community association law since 1999. During this time, Tim has gained experience and knowledge in all facets of community association law and supports associations in all areas of association management. Tim attends many association meetings and has counseled boards during difficult and sometimes contentious member and board meetings. Tim has been accredited by CAI to provide ongoing education to managers and has published articles in both the local and national CAI publications.
David Graf has practiced community association law exclusively since 2001. David is a national faculty member of CAI’s Professional Development Program and travels nationally to train professional community association managers. David has served on the Colorado Legislative Action Committee of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Association Institute for many years and currently serves as the co-chair of the Committee. David has also been admitted to the College of Community Association Lawyers.
