An informative session for our valued Board Members presented by Tim Moeller and David Graf on Fair Housing held April 4th.
Interstate Restoration picked up items donated by Advance HOA and our employees and took trucks loaded with donated items for cleanup efforts to Houston last week.
Hope this finds you well. I just wanted to send you a quick note that I’ve been having disaster after disaster in my condo in Cambridge Square and Mel has been super patient and very easy to work with.
With problem and after problem, it’s nice to know that Mel is there to help me through this stuff!

I had asked Annette to pass along her managers contact information because I felt it to be important to share with you my experience in working with Annette.
First off, I am a real estate investor with a lot of properties in various states. Getting people/contractors/property managers to do what they say they will do is a fading character trait. I am hard business owner to please and do not hand out compliments often or make a habit of building adults self-esteem. Enough about me, but I hope to have framed what I am about to say.
Simply put – Annette is a Rock Star!
Annette, took my call and email promptly on Monday in addressing a sewer line leak into my residence (rental property). I can tell you that Annette and I spoke on Monday, March 20th in the early afternoon and by Monday evening (9pm), she scheduled and contracted a sewer repair company to address the issue at hand first am on Tuesday morning. Wow! Not to many people can pull that off. I did challenge and push a little bit and Annette absolutely listened and delivered. In talking with her at the job sight (yes – she made an appearance to see how the work progressed) toward the end of the business yesterday she mentioned Monday was a bad-bad day with all kinds of problems and challenges that she was dealing with. And to top it off, she had to deal with me (my words), a hard to please investor with high expectations and a potential health issue with fecal matter oozing into my property.
As I said before, I don’t hand out compliments unless deserved. I felt it to be important for the two of you to hear how well Annette delivered and presented herself and your company in this matter. I thought it to be worth the time to share my fond appreciation of Annette!
Take good care of her. Dedicated PROFESSIONALS are hard to find!
